Drusus was a cognomen in Ancient Rome, and may refer to:
- Drusus Caesar - was the son of Germanicus, also called Drusus III.
- Gaius Livius Drusus was consul in 147 BC.
- Julius Caesar Drusus was the son of Tiberius, also called Drusus II or Drusus Minor.
- Marcus Livius Drusus was the name of two Republican politicians, a father and son
- Marcus Livius Drusus Claudianus was the father of Livia.
- Marcus Livius Drusus Libo was consul in 15 BC.
- Marcus Scribonius Libo Drusus was a grandson of Pompey, and was charged with plotting against Tiberius, Germanicus, and Drusus II in 16. He committed suicide.
- Nero Claudius Caesar Drusus was the full adopted name of Emperor Nero.
- Nero Claudius Drusus was the brother of Tiberius, also called Drusus I.
- Tiberius Claudius Drusus Nero Germanicus was the original name of emperor Claudius.
