A plate of drunken noodles
Drunken noodles (or Pad Kee Mao, less frequently Pad Ki Mao or Pad Kimao and is also called DWI in some restaurants, Thai: ผัดขี้เมา) is a Thai stir fried noodle dish very similar to Pad see ew, but with more flavor. It is made with broad rice noodles, soy sauce, usually has brandy, garlic, and usually meat, bean sprouts, and various seasonings. Chili and basil give rise to its distinctive spiciness.
