Some studies suggest thyroid hormone receptor antagonism, and one paper seemed to suggest greated alveolar macrophage toxicity than amiodarone! Something we may need to include, but awaiting an up-to-date citable review paper on the properties of this drug. JFW | T@lk 22:19, 4 November 2006 (UTC)
