Dromedan is a fictional character appearing in the Marvel Comics universe. He is a Deviant Mutate possessing vast psionic powers, including mind control, illusions and telekinesis. He can also emit destructive energy blasts, and transform matter. He was bred by the Deviants as a weapon against the Eternals.
