Dromasaurs are a paraphyletic group of anomodontian therapsids. They were small, but they have slight built, slender legs, and a long tail. Their skulls were short, but the eye sockets were large. They appeared and lived in the Middle Permian age. They were related to the Dicynodont infraorder and may have shared a common ancestor.
