[edit] Stub Articles
I've read your contributions to Wikipedia and I'm glad to see that you are adding to the information here! What I'd like to suggest is that for smaller articles, you put the {{stub}} tag at the bottom of the page. The stub tag looks like this:
That way you're letting others know that the article may be a bit short, but with work it can be better! - Bladeswin 14:52, 6 March 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Edit summaries
When editing an article on Wikipedia there is a small field labelled "Edit summary" under the main edit-box. It looks like this:
The text written here will appear on the Recent changes page, in the page revision history, on the diff page, and in the watchlists of users who are watching that article. See m:Help:Edit summary for full information on this feature.
When you leave the edit summary blank, some of your edits could be mistaken for vandalism and may be reverted, so please always briefly summarize your edits, especially when you are making subtle but important changes, like changing dates or numbers. Thank you.
Also, new articles are NOT minor edits. --Spook (my talk | my contribs) 11:53, 19 March 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Nance Winters
Nance Winters has been proposed for deletion as a suspected hoax. If the information is correct, please provide sources. Also, please consider if this character might not need an entire separate article, but might be better treated where a reader can read about a lot of characters in one spot. Review WP:FICT for relevant guidelines. Please feel free to improve the article to address these concerns.
If no one objects to the deletion within five days by removing the prod notice, the aritcle may be deleted without further discussion. NickelShoe (Talk) 13:59, 20 March 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Image copyright problem with Image:Arcade_&_mini-Arcade.JPG
Thanks for uploading Image:Arcade_&_mini-Arcade.JPG. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 10:27, 20 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Crusader (comics)
Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! We welcome and appreciate your contributions, such as Crusader (comics), but we regretfully cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from either web sites or printed material. This article appears to be a direct copy from http://www.marveldirectory.com/individuals/c/crusader.htm. As a copyright violation, Crusader (comics) appears to qualify for speedy deletion under the speedy deletion criteria. Crusader (comics) has been tagged for deletion, and may have been deleted by the time you see this message. If the source is a credible one, please consider rewriting the content and citing the source.
If you believe that the article is not a copyright violation, or if you have permission from the copyright holder to release the content freely under the GFDL, you can comment to that effect on Talk:Crusader (comics). If the article has already been deleted, but you have a proper release, you can reenter the content at Crusader (comics), after describing the release on the talk page. However, you may want to consider rewriting the content in your own words. Thank you, and please feel free to continue contributing to Wikipedia.

[edit] D'Spayre
Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! We appreciate your contributions to the D'Spayre article, but we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material. Perhaps you would like to rewrite the article in your own words. For more information, take a look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Happy editing! TigerShark 09:21, 11 June 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Lethal Legion
You created the Lethal Legion article. You've taken the text for it from http://www.marvel.com/universe/Lethal_Legion - the wikipedia copyright policy doesn't allow that, and neither does relevant law. You can write the article yourself quoting that page as one of your sources, but you can't just copy and paste. Two other editors have asked you to stop doing this. If you want help learning to use wikipedia, then you can ask one of us on our talk pages and we'll be glad to lend a hand. --HughCharlesParker (talk - contribs) 20:00, 14 June 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Free Spirit (comics)
I've requested the speedy deletion of Free Spirit (comics) because the text appears to be a copyright violation from [1]. If this is in error you can contest the deletion using the instructions on the page, or if it has already been deleted by the time you read this, check the deletion log and contact the administrator who deleted it.
I see you have several earlier complaints about posting copyright violations. I realize those were some time ago, but please consider this a final warning. The next time you add copyrighted material to an article, you will be blocked from editing. —Celithemis 12:15, 3 February 2007 (UTC)
[edit] June 2007
Please do not post copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder, as you did to The Invincible Iron Man (film). For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously, and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. You copied the text of the plot section from <http://www.amazon.com/Invincible-Iron-Man-Marc-Worden/dp/B000K7UBTI>. Andrew_pmk | Talk 23:29, 14 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] AfD nomination of Melter
An editor has nominated Melter, an article on which you have worked or that you created, for deletion. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not").
Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Melter and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).
You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 10:00, 1 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] AfD nomination of Ringer (comics)

[edit] Decay (comics)
Another editor has added the {{prod}}
template to the article Decay (comics), suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but the editor doesn't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and has explained why in the article (see also Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not and Wikipedia:Notability). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia or discuss the relevant issues at its talk page. If you remove the {{prod}}
template, the article will not be deleted, but note that it may still be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. BJBot (talk) 23:00, 5 March 2008 (UTC)
