- Checkuser reveals this account has been used for making death threats via logged-in accounts. As there is no indication of use by anyone but the vandal, I have blocked for a month, and will consider a longer block if the problem continues after the month expires. - Evidence Now, this is a new ip. Besides vandalizing, it uses the same death treats style and it's aware of the impersonating accounts on wikisource: [24]. Also, the IP has been used to vandalize several time NASCAR related articles: [25], [26],[27], as well as standard vandalism [28], [29]

Notes
Several of the latest IPs come from State of Nebraska Division of Communications, so if this continues I'm likely to range block it until we contact them. Also, they have spread their actions to wikispecies and wikispecies and wikisource as well.
