In May 2007, driverTV.com (http://www.drivertv.com) was launched as the first automotive destination designed from the ground up for broadband subscribers. Featuring the largest catalog of high-definition videos on the internet and interactive virtual reality tours, the site provides a simple and immersive car shopping experience. driverTV.com was named one of the 50 best websites of 2007 by Time.com.

driver TV was founded in 2005 in New York. With the rapid growth of internet broadband and cable video-on-demand, the founders recognized an opportunity to provide car manufacturers and car buyers a new shopping experience featuring high-definition video and other immersive content.
