looks pretty real to me, appears in print history as well as internet - note actual name of Act in rivised article - dave souza 23:05, 4 Oct 2004 (UTC)
Would it be worth merging and redirecting to Act of Proscription? After all, this wasn't an Act in its own right... Shimgray | talk | 15:46, 26 December 2005 (UTC)
