Keep and improve. WP:WEB is not the appropriate criterion to invoke. The article describes an operating system. Moreover, seemingly one of few distros to exclusively use XFCE as their desktop environment, and possibly the foremost in terms of implementing features of OS X. The article does, however, need much more detail, especially on what elements were taken from each of the parent distros (Kanotix, Elive, Morphix, Debian). I also don't find it sounds like an advert, although I would suggest avoiding "boast", and quotes should be in quotation marks.
