Andrew Michael Edgar Seeley (born April 30, 1982 in Ottawa, Ontario), better known as Drew Seeley, is a Canadian actor, songwriter, and singer and has recorded many songs for The Walt Disney Company His birth name is Bryan Picchottino.

Drew Seeley is best known as the singing voice of Troy in High School Musical. While most people believed it was Zac Efron singing his songs, it was later revealed that it was Seeley's voice. It was also revealed that Efron would sing for High School Musical 2 and High School Musical 3: Senior Year. However, Seeley will be singing one song in High School Musical 3: Senior Year. It's called "I Love Zac, I Love Vanessa." It was on Seeley's album and will be changed for the movie to "I Love Troy, I Love Sharpay."

Seeley has sung on the following albums: DisneyMania 4, The Cheetah Girls 2, Jump In!, High School Musical, DisneyMania 5, Radio Disney Jams 9, and High School Musical: The Concert. "Get'cha Head in the Game," a song he co-wrote with Ray and Greg Cham for High School Musical, helped propel the soundtrack to 4 million copies sold stateside alone and was nominated for Emmy Award. He also took over the role of Troy in the High School Musical: The Concert (instead of Zac Efron who was shooting Hairspray at that time). In 2008, Drew was a guest star in "The Suite Life Of Zack and Cody" as a guy who lost his phone and was found by Maddie, played by Ashley Tisdale.

At the moment Seeley is working on his debut album. According to Seeley, several titles have been tossed around, but nothing has been decided on. He also, once appeared in the MTV fanatic dating show My Own where he was chosen as a suitor to a fan of Adam Levine (the lead singer of Maroon 5). Seeley was seen performing the track "She Will Be Loved".

Drew has just completed Another Cinderella Story for Warner Bros. in which he acts, sings, and dances in. It also stars Selena Gomez and will be released in September
