The Dresdner Philharmoniker (Dresden Philharmonic) is an symphony orchestra based in in Dresden, Germany, in the new Dresdner Philharmonie (Dresden Philharmonic Concert Halls). The orchestra was founded in 1870 and acquired its current name in 1915.
