From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
DreamSpark is a program set up by Microsoft to provide students with free development software. The program is currently directed at college students, but there are plans to expand this to include high school students within the next couple of months.[1] The DreamSpark program was announced by Bill Gates on February 19, 2008 during a speech at Stanford University.[2] [3] A video inteview with Bill Gates is also available [4].
