Dream.4 Middle Weight Grandprix 2008 2nd Round is an upcoming mixed martial arts event promoted by Fighting and Entertainment Group's mixed martial arts promotion DREAM. The event is scheduled to take place on June 15, 2008 and will host the second round of the promotion's Middleweight division. The Middleweight Champion will be crowned at DREAM.6.

- Melvin Manhoef has replaced Kiyoshi Tamura due to injuries Tamura incurred in his 1st round match. Manhoef did have to win a reserve bout against Kim Dae-Won at DREAM 3 to earn his spot in the 2nd round.
- Mirko Cro Cop was originally scheduled to grapple against Ralek Gracie in a grappling match, but had to pull out due to injury.
