[edit] Minor Pirates of the Caribbean characters
You've been doing the right thing, good work. That's what we're here for. Good show. Dac 22:08, 31 August 2006 (UTC)
- That sort of thing is more or less out of my hands. I know there's a distinct lack of information but it's both sourced and relevant so I don't see much of a problem with it. Dac 22:52, 24 November 2006 (UTC)
-
- Yeah, minor characters with no citations can go. Good show. Dac 23:11, 7 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Re: Organization XIII
Sure, I think you just have to request it somewhere. Not sure where though. Just search for something like "Semi-protection" and it'll probably tell you what to do. The Splendiferous Gegiford 13:35, 13 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Will Turner
I haven't gone via the Will Turner page in a long time, it isn't on my watchlist. However, if they're saying that, then yes, definitely add a protect. Dac 22:26, 2 April 2007 (UTC)
- Simple reverting maybe, but if it's repeated reverting of the same thing, there's grounds to have it protected. Dac 22:31, 2 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] James Norrington Toys
I am more than willing to allow it, albeit perhaps more condensed, in the toys section, yes. However, toys are not, nor have they ever, been canon for a movie series, as I'm sure you're aware. Thanks, man. Dac 11:12, 4 April 2007 (UTC)
- No, I am entirely satisfied with how you've worked it in. More so, in fact, since you also appear to have removed some uncertain wording from it as well. I appreciate it, my friend. Good job. And feel free to take the initiative on matters such as this in future, you're more than welcome to. Dac 11:18, 4 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Black Pearl
I believe that this was because the trailer portrayed the Pearl exchanging fire with the Dutchman in the whirlpool; it is apparently recognisable as the Pearl. Dac 08:16, 9 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Beckett
Oh well. My mistake. I guess I was wrong about Beckett, but he is the main antogonist. -LooneyGeoffrey

[edit] Image:Lucky.JPG
Hello, Drakehellman. An automated process has found and will an image or media file tagged as nonfree media, and thus is being used under fair use that is in your userspace. The image (Image:Lucky.JPG) was found at the following location: User:Drakehellman/Sandbox. This image or media will be removed per criterion number 9 of our non-free content policy. The image or media will be replaced with Image:NonFreeImageRemoved.svg , so your formatting of your userpage should be fine. This does not necessarily mean that the image is being deleted, or that the image is being removed from other pages. It is only being removed from the page mentioned above. All mainspace instances of this image will not be affected Please find a free image or media to replace it with, and or remove the image from your userspace. [edit] Barbossa in AWE videogame
I've seen and played as Barbossa in the PC version. You can play as him in Singapore and while rescuring Jack from Davy Jones' Locker. A friend of mine bought Wii version and he also confirmed that he played as Barbossa.
Apparently, there are two versions of the game: one for XBox 360 and PS3, and other for PS2/PC/Wii. So, Barbossa is definitely in the latter one.
[edit] Spoiler tag in Jack Sparrow article
I believe that the summaries will have to be rewritten if we are not to add spoiler tags. The truth of the Jack Sparrow article is that there are spoilers in it because it mainly summarizes the movie, not the actions of Jack himself. Therefore it requires a spoiler tag. I will attempt to re-write it without spoilers. Therefore the tag will not be needed. Happy Editing! --MajinVegeta 06:55, 1 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Captain Hector Barbossa
In all examples of people with the prefix captain in Wikipedia (including, quite pertinently, Captain Jack Sparrow) we have the prefix captain followed by the name of the article subject. There is simply no point in having "Hector Barbossa better known as Captain Barbossa". It is a cumbersome way of wording the whole sentence. It is surely much better just to name him as Captain Hector Barbossa as I have done? Comments? Benbristol 00.28, 2 June 2007 (UTC)
-
- Apologies. My bad. It seems as if captain is generally left out of article titles. However, I still think the sentence is cumbersome. It may be advisable to remove mention of him being Captain Barbossa and just state that Hector Barbossa is a former captain of the Black Pearl? I don't know. Benbristol 00.31, 2 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] SpongeBob
Creator Stephen Hillenburg Wants SpongeBob SquarePants To Remain Ageless So Stop Putting That 1986 Birthdate On SpongeBob Biography
PS Leave The July 14th Birthdate Alone And Don't Put The 1986
- No, it's already been discussed in the SpongeBob SquarePants group area. So stop taking it out. Captain Drake Van Hellsing Savvy? 01:41, 7 June 2007 (UTC)
Creator Stephen Hillenburg has always said that he wanted SpongeBob to remain ageless
Hillenburg stated later in an interview that it was only in a dream and cannot be confirmed
- Regardless on that info, it is to remain in there, as it has already been discussed, and removing it will result in vandalism. Captain Drake Van Hellsing Savvy? 03:02, 7 June 2007 (UTC)
SpongeBob's Age Was Never Mentioned On The Show At All
- It was shown on the episode Sleepy Time. Captain Drake Van Hellsing Savvy? 03:08, 7 June 2007 (UTC)
Like I said before Hillenburg stated later in an interview that it was only in a dream and cannot be confirmed.
- So what? It is information on SpongeBob regardless, and, like I said before, it's already been disucssed and is to remain in the regardless. Captain Drake Van Hellsing Savvy? 03:20, 7 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] SpongeBob
I Read Somewere That SponegeBob Was Born July 14th 1980
- It'll be better to bring that up on the talk page so that others may discuss it. But so far, It's being kept at 1986, however, you are still free to discuss it. Captain Drake Van Hellsing Savvy? 06:42, 7 June 2007 (UTC)
SpongeBob Wasn't Born In 1986 OK
- And how do you know that? Besides, don't complain to me, bring it up on the talk page. And please, sign your posts too. Captain Drake Van Hellsing Savvy? 22:57, 9 June 2007 (UTC)
Because SpongeBob's Age Was Never Said And The Creator Want SpongeBob To Remain Ageless
-
- Sigh* Will you please stop whinning to me and bring up the matter on the talk page so that other may discuss it as well? Captain Drake Van Hellsing Savvy? 01:03, 10 June 2007 (UTC)
