[edit] Dean Radin

Very creative editing. I like the way you removed the title of the ONE class, NAME CALLED with that nasty word SKEPTIC and brought up the LACK of critical peer reviews. Where are they? If you are the president of the PA do you get special treatment? Would love to find out if Radin's peers are on their toes. The misquote of Sagan right at the beginning of the book wasn't too slick. Impossible to miss if you read "The Demon-Haunted World." It stood out like a busted headlamp. Love that photo of super spoon. Liked the game of using "witnesses". No one brought a camera to a spoon bending party? I would like to see THAT bending on video. Did anyone record it? Think it will ever be on the NET or shown to Randi as it bends? (most likely on the work bench) User:Kazuba 13 Oct 2006

```See Spoon bending and especially the photos and videos in external links. Fork-you.com is the coolest one. (Personally, just the thought of a critical scientist proving PK by the bending a spoon is scraping the bottom of the barrel). User:Kazuba 19 Oct 2006
[edit] The Experiment
```Thought experiment...Look at this way. Imagine you are the president of a university. Madonna writes a will giving you the decision of funding $5,000,000 of her money to only spoon bending research or medical research. Madonna croaks. Now which one do you chose? Are you prepared to make the choice? This is what it really comes down to, dollars and cents. It's your call. User:Kazuba 19 Oct 2006

[edit] Dean Radin's PSI in the Casino

How can such unusual research such as PSI in the Casino be irrevelant, especially when it is Radin's own research? I' m not ranting. I am only suppying information. I do not think it should be over looked. If you do not like the way this was written, I'm only a grunt. Make it prettier, don't delete it. Many years ago parapsychologists were trying to use mind PK to influence the direction in which cockroaches would travel. Do you think that too would be irrevelant? What if you, or an elderly loved one, are supplying the funding for these studies? Wouldn't you want to know how your money is being spent? Someone is paying the bill.User:Kazuba 21 Oct 2006

[edit] Cognitive Distortion

I have no axe to grind with anyone. Except I have no love of real monsters. I only find Radin interesting. Truly that is all. I am just genuinely curious about Dean Radin. I have nothing personal against anyone. I just love to dig into things that have caught my fancy. I just dig deeper than a lot of others. I think I have learned over the years I am pretty good at it. I have even surprised my mentor. Why is this so difficult to understand? User:Kazuba 24 Oct 2006

[edit] Your recent edits

Please see Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not, WP:COI, and WP:NPOV and stop removing material just because you think it violates NPOV. NPOV does not consist of presenting only favorable information. State your conflicts of interest, please. Michaelbusch 22:43, 5 April 2007 (UTC)

Who are you? You seem to have a conflict of interest with regards to all the articles you have edited. See also Wikipedia:Single purpose account. I ask again: who are you? Your conflicts of interest must be made explicit. Michaelbusch 03:13, 6 April 2007 (UTC)

I have edited just two articles. This page because I the subject of it, and also the entry for the Institute of Noetic Sciences, which is one of the places that I work. I am editing this page because most of the negative comments have been inserted by one user nicknamed "Kazuba," who is demonstrably biased against this topic. I intend to ensure that his/her contributions remain accurate and unbiased, just as I would in principle for any Wiki page. What is the evidence that Kazuba is biased? Read his/her contributions on this discussion page, especially the first comment. Then read his/her user page and you will find that he/she is explicitly biased against the topic that I happen to be engaged in professionally as a scientist. If I were excluded from editing this page or the page for IONS, then we'd only have frankly biased editors making Wiki entries on controversial topics, which would be a ridiculous state of affairs for any encyclopedia aspiring to maintain a NPOV. Dean 03:56, 6 April 2007 (UTC)

I'll second this, you are discouraged from articles about yourself or organiziations you are involved with per WP:COI. Please stop. If you have concerns about factual accuracty, please discuss issues on the talk page or follow the advice at WP:BLP and Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons/Noticeboard --Minderbinder 15:39, 6 April 2007 (UTC)
You have not stopped. Stop now. Michaelbusch 16:36, 7 April 2007 (UTC)

To Michael Busch and Minderbinder. Sorry, I will not stop correcting this page for a very simple reason. Ask yourself: Do you care if your wiki user page is vandalized? If some anonymous person posts items that are supposedly about you, you know that person has an axe to grind because he admits it, and you know the items are distorted or false, what would you do? Dean 18:50, 7 April 2007 (UTC)

Articles are not your userpage. Policy says that you should cease your edits. The COI policy is tough by design. Get used to it. If you remove content or add irrelevant material again, I will recommend that you be blocked for willfully ignoring warnings. Michaelbusch 20:10, 7 April 2007 (UTC)

Ok, I'll try again. This time please take a stress pill and read this carefully before you answer. Now, suppose there was a Wiki page that presented your biography. You did not post this page. You are presumably a living person and so you are not insensitive to this issue. You find that some cowardly anonymous person seems determined to vandalize that biography with information you regard as false, selective, or distorted. You attempt to correct this situation, but then you find to your astonishment that when you do so you are threatened because this violates "policy."

What would you do? Not me. You. What would YOU do to address this situation if it were you? Dean 21:48, 7 April 2007 (UTC)

What to do is explained at WP:BLP, I'd recommend posting at the BLP noticeboard if you think there are problems. --Minderbinder 22:16, 7 April 2007 (UTC)
