Talk:Drayage

- Merge with Drayage with Haulage? Haulage lists drayage as a synonym. Mfulvio 20:15, 23 April 2007 (UTC)!!
- I vote for keeping them separate. I just tried looking up Drayage on dictionary.com, and got a totally inadequate definition. This one was just what I was looking for, as the term was used in the context of trade shows, specifically describing that "Drayage is up 19% this year over last year" (2006 over 2007). I didn't know what Drayage was.64.132.87.2 16:28, 18 September 2007 (UTC)
- Keep separate. We may be looking at a geographical thing, but the term drayage is not used in the UK, whereas the term haulage is. I had never heard of drayage before seeing this merge discussion. Fiddle Faddle (talk) 11:09, 22 November 2007 (UTC)
- Keep separate. Drayage is a common term for a highly specific form of intermodal transportation, whereas haulage is more generic.J0gatsby (talk) 12:37, 14 December 2007 (UTC)
