Please note that in order for images to fall under fair use, the content of the article must directly be about the content of the image. For example, the Image:The legend of huma novel cover.jpg which is currently gracing this portal can only be used in an article about the book The Legend of Huma, and then only if a free version of the image is not available. Fair use images may not be used in portals (though there are some allowances and gray areas for featured or selected articles in the portal). The picture of the dice (Image:Wuerfel5.jpg) is fine as it's not a fair use image, and you could prog¥bably get away with the Image:Dragonlance-Logo.jpg as the portal is all about the series and the logo is for the series. Before anyone touches the new images I'm using, I think I've got a plan to fit into the definition of fair use, however I'm going to change the images first. ddcc 01:48, 8 September 2006 (UTC)
