Dragomir-Dragan Okuka (born April 2, 1954) is a Serbian football manager and a former player. He is currently the coach of bulgarian team Lokomotiv Sofia.

Coaching motto: It is important to take part – but more important is to be a winner! He relies exclusively on an aggressive, attacking game with a lot of goals – always a goal more, for the audience.

  • Obilić - won the Yugoslav Championship with the formation 1:3:5:2.
  • Legia Warsaw - won the Polish Championship with the formation 1:3:4:1:2.
  • Serbia U21 play with the formation 1:4:4:2
  • Wisla Krakow - play with the formation 1:4:4:2.
  • AC Omonia - play with formation 1:4:2:3:1
