Dragan Tarlać (born May 9, 1973 in Novi Sad, Serbia, SFR Yugoslavia) is a retired Serbian basketball player.

After starting his senior pro career with hometown KK Vojvodina, he transferred to KK Crvena zvezda from Belgrade. He stayed there for a season, which was enough for Olympiakos to notice his talent and offer him a move to Piraeus.

He won 5 Greek Championships (1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997), 2 Greek Cups (1994, 1997) and the 1997 Euroleague. He is one of the best centers ever played for Olympiacos.

It was there that Tarlać made a name for himself, earning a call up to FR Yugoslavia national squad. For a while there was a controversy over his national team status because he took Greek citizenship (with the name Milonas)[1] like many other Balkan players in the 1990s. The issue was finally straightened out and he was allowed to compete for Yugoslavia at the 1999 European championship in France, along with Predrag Stojaković and Milan Gurović who were in the same situation.

Tarlać was selected by the Chicago Bulls in the 1995 NBA Draft so he left Greece in the summer of 2000 and took off for the United States to play for the Chicago Bulls. His career in the NBA was not particularly successful and he returned to Europe the following off season after winning Eurobasket 2001 with Yugoslavia. Next two seasons were spent with Real Madrid before finishing up his career with CSKA Moscow.
