Dr. Ram Swaroop Harlal Sankhala was known as a proffesor in many International and Indian Universities. He was born on 21th November, 1922. He was a learned man and a double Ph.D from most reputed universities.
He was born in Rajasthani Mali (Saini) Society with Gotra- Sankhala in the Royal city Jodhpur city of Rajasthan in India. He was a simple living and high thinking man. He had 5 daughters out of which 3 are doctors and 2 sons out of which, one is Mr. Kapil Singh Sankhala (DANI-CS 1997 Batch)
He was married to Smt. Saroj R. Sankhala, who was a noble lady. She helped her husband a lot in the research days.
He did many social service in his life after retirement. He used to publish a hindi journal for society which was titled Pragatisheel Sainik Shatriya. He handled it quite efficiently.
He has written many research papers on different topics in Organic Chemistryand Bio Chemistry.
He was double Ph.D and he had taught at many National and Aborad Universities. Some of the places where he has taught are: Nigeria, England,etc.
He was associated with the Biochemical Society also.

He had 7 children,5 daugthers and 2 sons. The five daughters and two sons are well placed in their life. Three daughters are doctors and expertise in their field. Two daugthers are in teaching field in the grade of Principal/ Vice Principal. Out of two sons, One has resigned from DANICS Service (1997 Batch) and CUSTOMS APPRAISER SERVICE (1993 Batch). One son is Financial Adviser in various Mutual fund schemes.
