"Spam" refers to the fact that you are pasting it on pages which are tangentially related. If you had added it to one page in which it was exceedingly appropriate (say, Nuclear proliferation) it probably would have just been fine. But pasting it to a dozen pages is not appropriate. There are few links which are useful enough to be definite sources of an entire range of topics, and yours is not that (and frankly, the way in which reactors are useful in weapons fuel cycles is not exactly unknown -- it's plastered all over the news every time there is an article on Iran or North Korea, at the very least). --Fastfission 14:54, 28 Mar 2005 (UTC)

I didn't remove that line, and will add it back in (I think it is appropriate). There is already some mention of their use in nuclear proliferation on the page but I think it certainly should be listed among "applications." --Fastfission 20:14, 29 Mar 2005 (UTC)
