I am not entirely sure how to post a notice in this article to state the following:

I would like to see this article on the front page pf wikipedia but it needs converting from the language it is currently written in to plain English and it needs some facts and refs adding. If anyone is interested (and has some facts and refs) then I would help but we only have 3 days. Victuallers 20:45, 7 November 2007 (UTC)
