The article says "The school prided itself in offering quality education for low prices in the early 1980's and 1990's." So did it stop offering quality education, or does it no longer charge only low prices, or should the sentence say "The school has always prided itslef in offering quality education at low prices" with a citation to a source for quality and for price.
