Dr. Mai Lau (River City)

Dr. Mai Lau (played by Jaclyn Tse) is a fictional character in the BBC Scotland soap, River City.

Dr. Mai Lau is Shieldinch's newest doctor at the Shieldinch Medical Centre. She replaced Dr. Alisha Shah who was covering the job after her brother, Dr. Vinnie Shah, committed suicide. She was involved in a racism scandal when Paul Hunter refused to be treated by a 'foreign doctor'.
