Dr. Judith Draper is a fictional character in the American situation comedy 3rd Rock from the Sun, played by the late Ileen Getz.

She is the professor of Women's Studies at the fictional Pendelton State University; at times, she and Dr. Mary Albright are friends, while at others they seem like enemies or rivals.

When Mary was offered an office of her own, Dick Solomon was forced to share his office with Judith (who assured him, "You will like me; most people do"); later, after an attempt to get Mary out of her new office, Dick tells another professor that, in his bid to get his own way, he hurt "the woman I love, a man I don't even know, and a large, unpleasant woman in sensible shoes" (the last is Judith).

Judith's assistant is her brother. We don't learn much about Judith's life, as she is usually seen in purely academic situations, such as in the office or at Pendleton staff meetings or parties. She is known for her husky laugh after she makes a joke, although nobody else laughs at her jokes.

Judith appeared in a promotional video for Pendelton, alongside Dick's son (who played a teenager saying he is applying for Pendelton) after Dick and Mary, the original stars of the video, sabotaged the entire production. Director Aubrey Pitman, a student of Dick's, allowed them to continue, but he later decided to use Judith and Tommy.

Judith was shown to be neurotic, cynical, and possible homosexual. She once thought that there was a hidden camera in the ladies' room at Pendleton, and dismantled the ceiling tiles to find it. Her relationship with Mary and her assistant Nina proved to be on a friendly basis, while her relationship with Dick proved to be on a neutral level.
