Dr. John Hugh Gillis Regional High School

Dr. John Hugh Gillis Regional High School (often referred to as the Regional) is a secondary school located in Antigonish, Nova Scotia, Canada. It is attended by approximately 1200 students in grades 9 to 12. The school's sports teams are called the Royals and their colors are blue, white, and red.

The school falls under the jurisdiction of the Strait Regional School Board.

Opened in 1970, the school was originally known as Antigonish Regional High School. The current name was adopted in the 1980's after a former principal was forced into retirement by illness.
