Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University(Formerly known as 'Marathwada University') is located in Aurangabad.It was established on August 23, 1958.Today 153 colleges are affiliated to the University and over one Lack students are enrolled here.

'Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University' or simply Marathwada University is located at the metropolitan city of Aurangabad which lies in the state of Maharashtra in India. Established on 23rd August 1958 and named after the great leader Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar. This is One of the finest university,in Maharashtra and Mumbai and Pune university are followed then. This university Ranks in 1st Position in Maharashta,with good Campus recruitment all campuses are mostly from MNC's with an almot 99% recruitment from whole of Marathawada........... among them is the HI-Tech College of Engineering,Aurangabad,Waluj MIDC the best college in this university..with 100% campus recruitment thus maintaining a very high standard of education....
