"Državna Tajna: Strogo Povjerljivo" (State Secret: TOP SECRET) is a book by Semir Halilović, son of Bosnian general Sefer Halilović, published in 2005.

The book described some of the events which shaped wartime Bosnia.It focuses primarily the war in Sarajevo in 1993 that happened within the Bosnian government and army. The book talks specifically about Operation "Trebevic" one, two and three.Semir was in the bosnian war in 1992 - 1993 nd he details tht specifically the battle for Igman.The books also describes the secret conversations taped on bosnian commanders and other political figured order by Alija Izetbegović and carried out by Kerim Lučarević, Enver Mujezinović, Fikret Muslimović, Jusuf Jašarević, Nedžad Ugljen, Munir Alibabić-Munja, Irfan Ljevaković and Bakir Alispahić. The book covers the interigation of Sefer Halilovic by Borisa Delic and others following the military action "Operation Trebević 2".The killing of Caco and his men and the capture of Celo and his men, who was put on trial.The fall of Srebrenica and Zepa. The capture of Naser Oric.

The book comes with a CD on which there are a number of audio conversatuions taped, as mentioned above, and two videos. It also include all the Bosnian government state secret documents which is what the book is based on. There are also original war pictures from Semir's collection, and other pictures as well.

In April 2006 Semir Halilović was accosted and threatened with death by one of the people whom the book cast in a bad light, Ramiz Delalić (now deceased), who was also a prosecution witness during his father's trial. Now, he is publishing new book State Secret 2 - Vojska Porazene Ideje (The Army of a Beaten Idea).
