Don Pierson as he appeared in 1964 and this photograph has been used as a press release and in several publications to date. I worked with Don Pierson and personally published several articles about him with his blessing. In the 1980s he personally gave me his entire collection of files about his offshore broadcasting days to which this photograph is attached as a means of identification. This picture is already in general circulation in other publications and no claim to restricted use has been made. However, the photograph should only be used in conjunction with the biography of Don Pierson or in articles specifically relating to Don Pierson.
