Talk:Doyle Alexander
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
I added in the fact that Alexander has the dinstinction of being traded for both Frank Robinson and John Smoltz...I thought that was rather noteworthy, as I can't imagine that there are too many other players who were traded for Hall Of Famers (Smoltz is almost certain to get in when eligible) whose careers spanned over 50 years between them. It was removed as "trivial". I disagree, as being traded for Smoltz is pretty much the main thing that Alexander is known for these days, and I think it puts his career into perspective. I certainly don't want to get into an edit war or anything, so I thought I'd see if anyone has an opinion on the matter.
