  • Convert areas list into prose or better summaries, and perhaps carve out a "medical center" article. The development of the expansive medical center also is a major historical development for downtown.
  • Cover Fourth Street's important history including the failed River City Mall project
  • Improve "future plans" particularly with better coverage of the arena
  • Add more specific demographics information (which has probably changed substantially since 2000 - maybe get more recent estimates)
  • Convert other lists into prose.
