[edit] Hovercraft
The Murphys on the Water website makes no listing of a hovercraft .
- Yeah, that's because Murphys on the Water doesn't run it. And cite your sources, when the heck did the Canada Gazette say that? And why are you being so argumentative with any change I make? Sprocket 19:00, 10 January 2007 (UTC)

- You too. Show me where the Canada Gazette mentioned the hovercraft in Halifax Harbour. Sprocket 20:06, 10 January 2007 (UTC)
- Um, this isn't that hard, and both of you could benefit from a bit of co-operation. Yes, Hovercraft Adventures offered hovercraft tours of the harbour since 2001. Their site mentions 2001 and 2002, and NSCAD designed tickets for the service in 2004. For proof of its existence there are pictures at http://hovercraftadventures.com/tours.html. Um, and what does the Canada Gazette have to do with anything? CMacMillan 01:10, 11 January 2007 (UTC)
Looking at that website the Hovercraft is in located in St. George, New Brunswick, not in Halifax . The website states "During summer tours, we offer 30 minute thrill rides on the Passamaqoddy Bay from beautiful St. Andrews by the Sea, New Brunswick. With the highest tides in the world this a great way to demonstrate the ability for the craft to travel over water and beaches during the tour. During the summer of 2001, we placed the craft in Halifax Harbour in Nova Scotia, offering 30 minute tours of the harbour. ' Nothing is said that they still operating there in Halifax Harbour.--Markhamman

- Okay. What's your argument? The site clearly states that they had a hovercaft in Halifax Harbour. Isn't that what you wanted to prove? CMacMillan 21:02, 11 January 2007 (UTC)
- I mentioned the Canada Gazette because his reason for removal in the edit summary was "The Canada Gazzette (sic) cliam (sic) they surrendered thier (sic) licience (sic)". Sprocket 23:34, 11 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Reads like an advert
Do we need half the crap on this page? Oh my good lord, I would like to say Hi the good people at the downtown business development corporation, who clearly wrote most of this. Major edits required, and coming. WayeMason 11:38, 9 April 2007 (UTC)
