NOTE: in spite of the file title of this image, this view is not of downtown Portland, but is a northerly view taken from the east end of Commercial St, and looking towards the residential neighborhood known as Munjoy Hill. The downtown section of Portland is well to the west of this location, and considerably out of the viewpoint of this picture.
