Dow Constantine

Dow Constantine is a member of the King County Council representing Council District 8, which includes West Seattle, some of South Seattle, North Highline, Burien, Vashon Island, Maury Island, Normandy Park, and some of SeaTac and Tukwila. Constantine was appointed to the Council in 2002 after serving in the Washington State Senate and the Washington State House of Representatives. For 2008, Constantine has been elected by his colleagues to serve as Vice Chair of the Council and Chair of the Committee of the Whole.
