The year that Ronald Gene Simmons murdered his family was changed from 1996 to 1987

Ronald Gene Simmons merely had a "Dover" Address but did not live within the corporate city limits of Dover nor did he kill anyone within the corporate city limits of Dover. He actually lived at a small unincorporated community north of Dover known as Pleasent Grove, which is approxiamtely six miles North of the City of Dover.
