Dove Mountain
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Dove Mountain is a master-planned community located in Marana, Arizona, about 40 minutes outside of Tucson[1] and in the foothills of the Tortolita Mountains.[2] The community opened in 1998[3], has about 3,000 residents[3] and encompasses over 6,200 acres.[2] The community is best known for playing host to the WGC-Accenture Match Play Championship at The Gallery Golf Club. A Ritz-Carlton in the community is scheduled to open in late 2009 along with a Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course.[3] Upon completion, the property will be the largest Ritz-Carlton in the continental United States.[3]
