[edit] Article tags

I added tags to the article regarding WP:POV and WP:REF. The comments in question are marked with: [citation needed].

Regarding WP:ADVERT, the book section, and links promoting the magazine, radio show, and mailing list, are also questionable. --Horse Badorties 18:35, 25 May 2007 (UTC)

I removed opinions, in line with WP:NPOV.
I removed the links to LBO, Behind The News, and the lbo-talk mailing list, in line with WP:EL and WP:ADVERT.
I removed the "Quotes" section, in line with WP:V and WP:ADVERT.
I also removed the tags I had placed earlier on these items. --Horse Badorties 05:53, 27 May 2007 (UTC)
Re: the LBO site link. I notice that it's been reinsterted anyway, but what part of WP:EL and WP:ADVERT would prevent linking to the official site of the newsletter? WP:EL states: "Articles about any organization, person, web site, or other entity should link to the official site if any." Besides which, anyone reading this entry would be interested in the newsletter, since it's what he's most notable for. Nonplus (talk) 15:20, 24 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] "Contemporaries" section

I removed the "Contemporaries" section; every living person is a contemporary of every other living person. --Horse Badorties 05:04, 27 May 2007 (UTC)
