it should be mentioned that he is a scientologist and maybe some more information: how he became one, were he participates, what he thinks about it, etc.

change "la di da di/the show" to indicate seperate songs (ie. "the show" Italic textandItalic text "la di da di". its written like they are the same song. also, only "the show" samples inspector gadget. both have slick rick, but thats about all they have in common

[edit] Nuwaubianism

Not sure why this is listed under See also; googling it, most references to D.E.F./Nuwaubianism trace back to the Wikipedia entry. If it is credible, perhaps it should be written up in a couple of sentences under Personal life, like his being a Scientologist is. Closenplay 18:22, 2 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] What?

His single "The Show" (which cribs the melody from the Inspector Gadget theme)

What does "cribs the melody" mean? Does it mean sample? Seizurebot1011 22:53, 5 April 2007 (UTC)

From m-w.comĖ to crib = "PILFER, STEAL; especially : PLAGIARIZE." It's a nicer way of saying they stole the melody. I guess an even nicer way of putting it would be to say that it "quotes" the melody. Closenplay 01:10, 6 April 2007 (UTC)
