Douglas McKay High School is a high school located in the North Lancaster neighborhood of Salem, Oregon. McKay is one of six standard secondary education facilities in the Salem-Keizer Public Schools district. Built in 1979, the school was named after former Governor of Oregon and United States Secretary of the Interior Douglas McKay.

In 2007, McKay was listed for the third consecutive year as one of Oregon's "Persistently Dangerous Schools" (as defined and mandated by the No Child Left Behind Act). Although the school was labled perstistantly dnagerous many of the students and teachers alike feel that the reason McKay has such a bad reputation is because they expell more problem students than most of the other schools in the Salem-Kiezer school district, making it actually one of the safer schools in the district.
