Douglas Dean is a British broadcaster based in Rome. He works as a football commentator for RAI Trade, a branch of RAI, covering matches in Italy's Serie A. Although he generally commentates alone he is also sometimes used as a co-commentator alongside more experienced industry figures such as Dave Farrar, Wayne Boyce and Trevor Harris. In additon he provides English commentary for three of Italy's leading clubs, Juventus, Inter (often known as Inter Milan in the English-speaking world) and A.S. Roma, on their club channels. This usually entails a round-up of the weekly news and gossip from the training ground, as well as commentary on those clubs' matches in the UEFA Champions League.
