Doughty Shield

The Doughty Shield is a rugby union competition in Brisbane, Australia. It represents the Brisbane Club Championship Competition in where each team from every club contributes to the final tally of points. In 2007 Premier Rugby was not included in calculations for this trophy. However in previous years Premier Grade teams (formally known as 1st grade competing for the Hospitals Cup) contributed to the overal standing of the club.
