Carl Douglas Smith (born November 25, 1956 in Columbus, Ohio U.S.) is a retired former professional American football player who played the positions of center (C) and offensive guard (OG), for the Los Angeles Rams from the 1978 season through the 1991 season.
Smith attended Bowling Green State University, in Bowling Green, Ohio, and graduated from Northland High School in Columbus on June 9, 1974.[1]
