Doug Shields

Douglas Shields is the City Council President of Pittsburgh. He represents the 5th Council District of the city. Included in the 5th District are the neighborhoods of Glenn Hazel, Greenfield, Hays, New Homestead, Hazelwood, Lincoln Place, Point Breeze, Swisshelm Park, the southern half of Squirrel Hill and parts of Regent Square.
