Doug Rao

Doug Rao (born 1974 in Berkshire) is an English actor. He plays DS Stuart Turner in The Bill, and he has guest starred in Holby City , Doctors and Grease Monkeys. He is from the village of Crowthorne, in Berkshire, South-East England.

He currently resides in London.
