Douglas Gordon Brown (born on September 29, 1974 in New Westminster, British Columbia, Canada) is a former National Football League player for the Washington Redskins and current Canadian Football League defensive tackle for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. He went to Simon Fraser University. He won the CFL's Most Outstanding Canadian Award in 2001.
He currently writes a weekly column for the Winnipeg Free Press, the topic is usually the CFL and other sports. Brown is also the host of "The Doug Brown Spin Zone" which airs on CJOB 68 AM raido in Winnipeg.
