Doueir is a small village in southern Lebanon near Nabatieh and north of the Litani River. Although Doueir is considered a small village, it is the mother land of many Lebanese leaders such as Ali Kanso and Rammal Rammal.
During the 2006 Lebanon War, Doueir was the first campaign to be bombarded.
