Doubleheader may refer to:
- Doubleheader (baseball) - Two baseball games played between the same two teams on the same day.
- Doubleheader (television) - An all-inclusive sports broadcast of two games back-to-back.
- A fish of the Wrasse family Coris bulbifrons.
