Double Door

Double Door is a concert hall and nightclub located at 1572 N. Milwaukee Avenue, in Chicago's Wicker Park neighborhood. This venue was first opened on June 12, 1994. The club states that artists which played there were local acts Emilie Autumn, The Smashing Pumpkins, Local H, Chevelle, Veruca Salt, Wilco, Liz Phair, and Cheap Trick, as well as a number of national and international talents, including The Rolling Stones.
Double Door also hosted such events as MOB fest, television show and movie filmings, and events sponsored by ASCAP, Maverick Records, MTV, VH1, Rolling Stone magazine and among others.
This venue hosts a capacity of 473 people. It is two floors, has a stage, separate soundboards for both main and monitor speakers, a dance floor and a bar. Pool tables and a bar are located downstairs.
