While the image Image:Dotrice Garber.jpg is originally copyright, I (RadioKirk talk to me 23:13, 29 January 2006 (UTC) and updated 17:42, 7 November 2006 (UTC)) believe use of this image satisfies Wikipedia policy because:

1. It is a low-resolution screenshot of a motion picture or accompanying material—specifically, of a still released by Disney in 1964 to promote Mary Poppins;
2. Free images no longer can be made for this purpose, as follows:

   Karen Dotrice: the article subject is known in entirety as a child and/or young-adult performer and no longer is a public figure, so representative images of the subject as recognized are now impossible to create;

   Matthew Garber: the article subject is deceased;

3. The image does not limit the copyright holders' ability to market motion-picture and/or video releases in any way; and
4. Use of the image is believed to not detract from the subjects or their work in any way.
